Title: The different types of home.
Aims: Habit 1: “Be Proactive” – Students were allowed to choose a home and a dweller to draw and color. They were also allowed to use different types of school objects, like markers, crayons and even pens.
Habit 2: “Begin with the end in mind” – Students needed to relate the different types of homes with different types of residents, like humans, birds and even mouses!
Functions: The students drew in a piece of paper a type of home they learned (House, Apartment, Castle, Trailer, Boat & Cave) and a dweller for the home. They could choose any type of resident, from themselves to wild animals!
